Intertwined Paint Series

Through its bright color and fusion of feminine craft with sharp borders, these pieces consider how beauty and vulnerability are compelled to develop protective boundaries.

This artwork imitates a knitted blanket, evoking softness and domestic familiarity, while its edges unravel into barbed, unruly forms. Fabric is often used as a form of protection and its resemblance to chainmail reinforces that. Through its bright color and fusion of feminine craft with sharp borders, the piece considers how beauty and vulnerability are compelled to develop protective boundaries.

The Earth Series is inspired by plant forms, landscapes, and natural textures. It is an exploration of how softness and protection coexist in nature.
